COURS DE YOGA

La MJC vous propose également de participer à des cours de yoga, plus particulièrement du hathayoga. Cette discipline vise à la maîtrise du corps et de la respiration à travers différentes postures. Elle se pratique sans forcer, dans le respect des limites du corps de chacun. Les bienfaits du hathayoga sont nombreux : meilleure concentration avec des effets physiologiques profonds : assouplissement des muscles, tendons et articulations, libération des tensions musculaires et nerveuses, meilleur fonctionnement des organes.

Ces cours seront assurés par Michèle Thiry et se dérouleront les lundis de 19h à 20h, salle polyvalente, à partir du 14 septembre.

La cotisation annuelle s’élève à 75€, somme à laquelle il faut ajouter 7€ d’adhésion.

Les deux premières séances seront gratuites pour pouvoir vous familiariser avec la discipline.
